1. Acceptance of Terms
By using tramsaigon.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Account
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
- Each person may only create one account.
- Accounts may be suspended for violating these terms.
3. Creator Content
- Creators retain copyright over their articles.
- By posting, you grant Trâm Sài Gòn a non-exclusive license to display content on the platform.
- Content must not infringe third-party copyright.
- Content must not contain false information, fraud, or violate Vietnamese law.
4. Membership and Payments
- Members pay to access premium content.
- Payments via PayPal or Viet QR (pay.iai.one / Thanh Tam Phat).
- Refund within 14 days if premium features unused.
- After 14 days, no refunds unless required by law.
5. Revenue Share
Creators receive 80% of revenue from their articles. The platform retains 20% for infrastructure. Payments are held for 14 days (payout hold) before disbursement.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Spam, hidden advertising, or fraud.
- Automated scraping without permission.
- Account sharing or paywall bypass.
- Harassment, discrimination, or hate content.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss due to technical failures. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes will be resolved in courts with jurisdiction in Ho Chi Minh City.
