1. Data We Collect

We collect the following types of data:

• Account: email, display name, preferred language when you register.
• Session: session token (hashed), IP address, user-agent for security.
• Creator content: articles, media you create on the platform.
• Transactions: payment history (we do not store credit card numbers — processing via PayPal or Viet QR).
• Analytics: aggregate traffic metrics via Cloudflare Web Analytics.

2. How We Use Data

• Provide and personalize your membership experience.
• Verify creators and maintain editorial standards.
• Process payments and distribute revenue.
• Send transactional emails (confirmations, important notices).
• Analyze and improve platform performance.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with:

• PayPal / Viet QR (pay.iai.one / Thanh Tam Phat): for payment processing.
• Google OAuth: for sign-in (email and name only, no contact sync).
• Cloudflare: hosting and analytics infrastructure.
• Legal authorities: when required by Vietnamese law.

4. Your Rights

• Access: request a copy of data we hold about you.
• Rectification: update account information in settings.
• Erasure: request deletion of your account and related data.
• Objection: object to data processing for marketing purposes.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format.

5. Data Security

Data is stored on Cloudflare D1 (SQLite at the edge). Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2. Sessions use HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax cookies. Payment webhooks verified with HMAC. All traffic over HTTPS.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of the account. Session data retained for 30 days. Audit logs retained for at least 12 months. Backup data via D1 Time Travel.

7. Children's Privacy

The platform is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Policy Changes

We will notify you by email of material changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
